Arizona Canine Experience

Geared toward new purebred dog owners, the Arizona Canine Experience will introduce you and your dog to the many activities AKC has to offer. Hosted by local AKC affiliate clubs, the event offers handling instruction, grooming demos, Junior Showmanship clinics, obedience, rally and agility demos and more, followed by an afternoon Match to try it all out. Local dog club members offer a mentoring experience to welcome newcomers and their dogs to the sport of purebred dogs.

ALL Arizona Clubs Invited to Co-Host or Participate
To quote AKC, “this is not a single club event”. Recent Canine Experience events held in other cities have included participation of over 50 local clubs and reached exhibitor levels of 700. To date, the Fiesta Cluster clubs (SKC & SDFA) are partnering as coordinators of this event. All AKC affiliated Arizona clubs are invited to join in share in the excitement of hosting the Southwest’s first Canine Experience multi-club event.
