The Fiesta Cluster will sell booth space to vendors by invitation
only.
No booth space will be rented on the day of the show and no one will be provided
booth space or allowed to sell any goods or merchandise on the show grounds unless
invited by the Fiesta Cluster. Payment for space must be received by the
Vendor Chairman on or before January 11, 2009. Vendor applications received
after this date will be charged an additional $25. No applications will
be accepted after February 20, 2009. Concessionaires who have rented booth space
from the Club at either of the last two shows will be sent an invitation. However,
the Fiesta Cluster will be able to honor only a limited number of invitations. Invitations
will be honored in the order in which the Vendor Chairman receives the completed
form, accompanied
by payment.
